TimeTec Holdings has been introducing a variety of cloud solutions to provide convenience and efficacy to various companies around the world with the focus on workforce, security and smart residential solutions. I was one of the analyst programmer in their R&D department in charge of TimeTec Patrol, which is a cloud solution that provides a way to manage the guards patrolling the premises effectively. TimeTec Patrol works by setting up NFC or BLE devices as checkpoints to be scanned via TimeTec Patrol apps and to be monitored by TimeTec Patrol web services to ensure the patrol going smoothly. My team and I helps maintaining and enhancing the mobile server and web modules. We are also responsible in interaction between API server and web and also communication between mobile server and mobile apps. We have to work closely with mobile apps team and QCs in identifying and resolving the issues and bugs.

I was a C++ Software Developer in the Research and Development department in Excel Force MSC Bhd. My team works on amazing user experience for stock trading platform, Briding Traders & Exchange software including buy, sell, live stock feed and charts. I helped out in completing wide range of software development and programming tasks that includes developing new enhancement or features and modification of the system as per specification documents, identifying and resolving issues and bugs found internally or reported by helpdesks. Before deploying the changes to the client server, I will perform unit testing and UAT testing on developed application. My team mainly focuses on stock feeds display, stock order management system, system or web UI revamp and Foreign Share Trading.

Student Exchange Program to
United States of America

After graduated from Asia Pacific University, I decided to join student exchange program and went to Utah, United States of America to work and travel. Although it was not related to any of what I was learning during my University, throughout the experience it helped me to work on my soft skills and a great start before enrolling into the work society. As, throughout the program I became more independent and adapting to new things working and living in a total different environment alone. My team works on hospitality experiences for the guests throughout their stay in the ski resort. Our jobs scope including creating personalized guest interaction, guide guests through the ski process, store all guests personal equipments and assist guests to and from the ski slopes.

During the years when I was studying my degree, I had joint the Technical Assistant Team to spend my spare time. My team did a great job in maintaining the facilities within the campus that includes check and troubleshoot devices for all classrooms and computer labs range from computers parts to projectors, answering users enquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolves problems, assist students, lecturer and staff with technical issues. Throughout the whole program, we have developed technical skills such as crumping CAT5 LAN cable, basic projector configuration and settings, printer, computer hardware and software troubleshooting and setting up computer labs with a team. In January 2014, I was promoted to Assistant of Human Resource Department which increased workload in additional of responsible in providing administrative support, monitoring technical assistant's daily routine and responsible of Technical Asistant recruitment program.
